(22)Lodging houses. - (a) the periodical regulation of the number of persons who may occupy a lodging house and the licences necessary for keepers of lodging houses;(b)the inspection of lodging houses;(c)the cleanliness and ventilation of lodging houses;(d)the lighting of common spaces and staircases in lodging houses;(e)the precautions to be taken in the case of any dangerous or infectious disease breaking out in a lodging house;(f)the general control of lodging houses;
