Section 5(5) in The Rajasthan Veterinary Council Rules, 1988
(5)The minutes of every meeting other than a special meeting, called under rule 5(3) shall be despatched by the Registrar by hand or by registered post to every member of the State Council not later than thirty days after the said meeting.
