Section 98(1)(e) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957

(e)any other matter which is incidental to, or necessary for, the purpose of regulating the appointment and conditions of service of persons appointed to services and posts under the [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] and any other matter for which in the opinion of the [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] provisions should be made by regulations.
