Section 12(2)(b) in The Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004

(b)on the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any order, proceeding, or decision taken by any authority of the University is not in conformity with the provisions of the Ordinance or Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Rules made thereunder, he may issue such directions as he may deem fit in the interest of the university and the directions so issued shall be complied with by the University.
