Section 25(1) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(1)The Parishad may, on being satisfied that a person possesses the requisite qualifications and has paid the prescribed fee, direct the registration of his name and the Registrar shall thereupon make necessary entries in the Register and grant him a certificate of registration.
