Section 28 in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008
28. Amount recoverable as arrears of land revenue. -
Any amount payable under this Act, except an amount payable under this chapter may, on a certificate of the Secretary of the Commission, be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
