Section 241(1) in Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1990
(1)Government servants whose services are lent to local authorities as defined in Section 3(31) of the General Clauses Act, 1897, attending Criminal Courts to give evidence in their official capacity, shall be paid travelling and daily allowance to which they are eligible under the Andhra Pradesh Travelling Allowance Rules.
