Section 1 in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [Veer Narmad South Gujarat University] [Substituted 'the Vir Narmad South Gujarat University' by Gujarat Act No. 2 of 2012, dated 15.3.2012.] Act, 1965.(2)This section shall come into force at once.(3)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date or dates as may be specified in the notification.
