Section 28(4) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(4)Any person shall be entitled to obtain certified copies of the orders, decisions, directions and reasons in support thereof given by the Commission as well as of the pleadings, papers and other parts of the records of the Commission to which he is entitled subject to payment of fee and compliance with other terms which the Commission may direct.
