Section 2(b) in Tamil Nadu Cotton Control Act, 1952
(b)"cotton" includes cotton plant ginned and unginned cotton, cotton waste and cotton seed; under Madras Ordinance VI of 1952, shall be deemed to have been issued, passed, taken or done in the exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
