(15B)[ "District Planning Committee" means the District Planning Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the West Bengal District Planning Committee Act. 1994 (West Ben. Act 20 of 1994), and includes the Siliguri Sub-Division Planning Committee;
