84. Protection of action taken in good faith.
(1)Anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done by any authority or any officer in this behalf in respect of anything done under this Act, the authority or the officer, as the case may be, shall be protected from prosecution, suit or any other legal proceeding.(2)If any loss or damage is caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done by the State Government in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder, the State Government shall be protected from prosecution, suit or any other legal proceeding.
