(8)The accounts of Ward Sabha shall be jointly operated by the Chairman (Ward Member) and Member Secretary. The records pertaining to the schemes executed by the Committee and the Pass Books along with Cheque Books of the Bank shall be kept in custody of the chairman (Ward Member).
