30. Sub-division, sub-letting and assignment prohibited:.
(1)No sub-division or sub-letting of any land by a tenant and no assignment of any interest held by a tenant shall be valid.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) it shall be lawful for a tenant to be a member of a co-operative farming society, and as such member to sublet, assign, mortgage or create a charge on his interest in the land in favour of such society.
