Section 1 in A.P. Domestic, Irrigation and Industrial Water Grid Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2018
1. Short title extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Domestic, Irrigation and Industrial Water Grid Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2018.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
