50. Late bids.
- The person authorised to receive the bids shall not receive any bid that is submitted personally, after the deadline for submission of bids. Any bid which arrives by post after the deadline for submission of bids shall be declared and marked as "Late" and returned unopened to the bidder by registered post at the earliest.
