Section 27B(5) in The U.P. Imposition Of Ceiling On Land Holdings Rules, 1961
(5)The [Prescribed Authority] [Substituted by Notification No. 441½(9)-75-Revenue-1, dated 6.1.1976.] shall count the number of forms as soon as he receives the book from the Treasury Officer and if there is any shortage of forms or other defect, he shall point it out to the Treasury Officer at once. The book shall always be kept by the [Prescribed Authority] [Ibid.] in his personal custody and he shall be held responsible if any form is lost.
