Section 96(1) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989
(1)A pensioner drawing pension is required to append a certificate in his bill as follows :"I declare that I have not received any remuneration for serving in any capacity, either under Government or under any local authority or in any registered company during the period for which the amount of pension claimed in this bill is due".
