Mr. A.K. Bhardwaj:
In implementation of the interim order dated 27.12.2013, the applicants were admitted to the written examination dated 29.12.2013 held for the post of Teacher (Primary) under Post Code No.70/2009. It is not in dispute that the marks of the examination in respect of the applicants have been uploaded on the official website of Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB).
2. In the circumstances, the Original Application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to verify whether the applicants have scored the marks above the cut-off marks scored by the last successful candidate and if so to process their candidatures for the post in question, subject to their fulfilling the eligibility conditions in accordance with Rules. No costs.
