104. Affidavit by Pardanashin woman.
- No affidavit purporting to have been sworn by a woman who did not appear unveiled in the presence of the person before whom the affidavit was made, shall be used unless she was identified in the manner specified in Rule 103, and the 'affidavit is accompanied by a separate affidavit by the person identifying her, made at the time of identification setting forth circumstances in which she was personally known to him or he was satisfied that she was such person as she alleged herself to be in her affidavit.
