Section 11 in Tamil Nadu Pachaiyappa's Trust and of The Public Trust and Endowments Specified in Schedule (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1981
11. Construction of references to Board of Trustees.
- In the application of the Pachaiyappa's Trust scheme any reference to the Board of Trustees shall be construed, unless the context otherwise requires, as a reference to the Government or the Committee of management, as the case may be.
