Hon'ble Mr. Anand Mathur, Member(A) Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter in the instant OA is squarely covered by an earlier order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Tribunal in OA No.708/2019 vide order dated 27.04.2023 as well as Order passed by this Bench in OA No.1046/2019 today i.e. 17.05.2023. He further states that the applicant would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the pending legal notice dated 04.05.2023 filed on behalf of the applicant, by passing a speaking order in the light of the CAT orders quoted above within a time bound manner.
2. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the respondents are hereby directed to dispose of the said legal notice dated 04.05.2023 filed on behalf of the applicants by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified 5 OA No.1470/2023 Item No.5 CT-4 copy of this order keeping in view the citations mentioned above.
