Section 7A(5) in The Haryana Legislative Assembly Members (Pension) Rules, 1978
(5)After an order sanctioning the family pension is passed by the Speaker under sub-rule (4), a copy of the application along with the sanction order and two photographs of the applicant shall be sent to the Accountant General, Haryana, for issuing Family Pension Payment Order.
