      The Court: Let the report of the receiver as well as the affidavit of service

filed in Court today be taken on record.

      Having heard the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner

and upon perusing the instant application, it appears that during pendency of

the instant matter, some payments have been made by the respondent no.1 in

favour of the petitioner. However, the amount on account of defaulted instalments is yet to be fully paid.

As such, this application is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to pay the total outstanding amount on account of defaulted instalments within 30th June, 2015. This will be apart from the current instalments which shall be payable by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner as and when the same falls due.

In the event of any default, the receiver shall take steps in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 19th January, 2015. The receiver will be 2 entitled to a further remuneration of 1200 GMs and all expenses on account of the receiver's travel, accommodation and the like will be borne by the petitioner and added to its claim in the pending arbitral proceeding.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
