Section 26 in Punjab Gau-Sewa Commission Act, 2014
26. Members of the Commission to be public servants.
- All members and officers of the Commission shall be deemed, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any provision of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. 45 of 1860).
