Section 17(1) in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Acts specified in Schedule I, the powers, duties and functions conferred on Commissioner of Labour or any officer under those Acts shall be exercised by the Development Commissioner or any officer authorised by him in this behalf.
