Section 23(5) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(5)the Dean shall he the Chairman of the Board of the Faculty and be responsible for the faithful observance of the statutes and reinilations relating to the Faculty and for the organisation and conduct of the teaching, research and extension work of the departments comprised therein.
