Section 25 in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
25. Appeals from orders and decisions of Registrar.
(1)Any person aggrieved by any order or decision of the Registrar under section 19 or section 20 or section 21 or section 22 or section 24 may within thirty days of such order or decision appeal to the Council.(2)Every such appeal shall be heard and disposed of in the prescribed manner.
