Section 21P(2) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(2)If no valid nominations are received for any one or more seats, such seat or seats shall be filled by co-option from amongst the members of the society.Provided that if valid nomination is not received for the post of delegates or representatives of the society such posts shall also be filled by co-option by the managing committee from amongst the members of the society.
