		For Petitioner : Mr.B.Bharathi
					  Party-in-person

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the contempt petition with a grievance that inspite of the direction given by the Court, the respondent has not given him an opportunity of hearing.

2. The order passed by this Court dated 24.02.2015 in W.P.No.861 of 2015 does not contain any specific direction to that effect. Therefore, I am of the view that the petitioner has not made out a case to initiate contempt proceedings. It is always open to the petitioner to initiate independent proceedings claiming the amount due to him as well as the interest for the belated payment.

3. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
