Section 261(a) in Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(a)A separate list in Form No. (R) 20 written in English shall accompany the records of each class.These lists should be of uniform size to enable their being bound up in separate annual volumes for each class of records of the same Court so as to constitute a catalogue of records in the Record-Room to be preserved for the same period as the records to which they relate.
