Section 58 in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
58. Exemption.
- The Government may, by notification and for reasons to be specified therein, exempt any private school from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act, or the rules made thereunder, subject to such conditions as they may deem fit and may in the like manner vary or cancel such exemption.
