The present writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the Executive Engineer (Electrical) of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya and Shri Suchita Kriplani Hospital Baidut Mantralay, Central Public Works Department, New Delhi to issue an appointment letter to the petitioner.
No part of the cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court to entertain the present petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
