Section 9(2)(i) in Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983

(i)Where the licensing officer is of opinion that the licence should not be issued, he shall, after affording reasonable opportunity of being heard to the applicant, make an order rejecting the application.
