Service of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 13 is complete but none has entered appearance.
The application for withdrawal of this writ petition as was undertaken earlier has yet not been filed. However, another application for directions has been filed on behalf of Punjab National Bank. Certain defects are noticed. The Ld. Counsel to cure the defects. Defects be cured within two weeks. Thereafter application be processed as per rules. W.P.(C) No. 1005/2014
Respondent No.1 has yet not been served. Petitioner has failed to take fresh steps, despite warning of last opportunity.
The said writ petition be placed before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
