Section 13(i) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(i)he shall in prior consultation with the Central Government, approve the foreign visit of the officers and other staff of the Institute for training or academic pursuits subject to such terms and conditions as may be laid down by the Executive Council from time to time;
