Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Micro Finance Institutions (Regulation of Money Lending) Rules, 2011
(1)The Registering Authority shall verify whether the details submitted by the Micro Finance Institution are in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3 or not.
