2. Application.
- Save as otherwise provided in these rules these rules shall apply to the employees appointed to posts in connection with the affairs of the Board but shall not apply to-(i)the President the Vice-President and the Secretary of the Board;(ii)the Government servants on deputation to the Board ;(iii)persons in causal or daily rated part-time employment.
