87. Notice of pregnancy. -An insured woman, who decides to give notice of pregnancy before confinement, shall give such notice in 79 [Form 17] to the appropriate [Branch Office] by post or otherwise and shall submit, together with such notice, a certificate of pregnancy in [Form 17] given in accordance with these regulations on a date not earlier than seven days before the date on which such notice is given.
