The Head of Department should maintain a suitable record of the claims received, admitted/rejected and reimbursed in respect of such Port employee and make it available to the Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer along with the certificate and information furnished by the Port employees, the receipts of educational authorities in support of the claims preferred by them and other documents, if any. The record to be maintained shall be in the form as in Form No.5.
