Section 12(1) in Andhra Pradesh Chit Funds Rules, 2008
(1)After the chit agreement is signed by the subscriber or by any person authorized in writing by the subscriber in his behalf, the foreman shall supply a true copy of the chit agreement along with a copy of previous sanction and form I with its annexures certified as such by him to such subscriber or person authorized by the subscriber who shall acknowledge the receipt of the same and the foreman shall file the acknowledgements with the Registrar concerned within fourteen days of the first drawing of the chit.
