At the very outset, learned counsel intends to withdraw the Original Application (OA), on account of some technical defects and to enable the applicants to file fresh OAs, on the same cause of action, without prejudice to their rights, in any manner, after removing the defects and with better particulars.
Therefore, the instant OA is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for, particularly when there is no opposition of the same by learned counsel for the respondents.
