(1)This Scheme may be called Rent A Cab Scheme, 1989.(2)It shall come into force on the first day of July, 1989.(3)It shall apply to all motor cabs to which tourist permits have been issued under sub-s Pction (9) of section 88 of the Act and operating under a licence granted in terms of paragraph 6.
