59. Circulation of minutes of proceedings and inspection of minutes of proceedings.
(1)Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be circulated to all the members of the Corporation and shall, at all reasonable times, be available at the office of the Corporation for inspection by any member of the Corporation, free of cost, and by any other person on payment of such fee as the Corporation may determine.(2)The minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be read out and confirmed at its subsequent meeting.(3)The manner of transaction of business in the meetings of the Corporation, not specifically provided for in this Act, shall be such as may be prescribed.
