26. Powers of the District Level Committee.
- The District Level Committee shall be competent to issue orders of stopping the lifting of sand, after giving due opportunity to the successful bidder if he violates any condition of auction or if s lifting the sand against the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Rivers Conservancy Act, 1884 (Act VI of 1886).
