Section 18(c) in The Bodoland University Act, 2009
(c)to institute fellowship, scholarships, prizes and other awards and to withdraw any such fellowship, scholarship, prize or other award previously awarded, after taking into consideration the recommendations of the Post-Graduate and the Under-Graduate Board, as the case may be;
