Section 8(1) in U.P. Minor Irrigation Department (Drawing) Service Rules, 1992
(1)For direct recruitment to the post of Draftsman, a candidate must have passed High School Examination from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto and have obtained a Certificate of Draftsman from Uttar Pradesh Government Technical Education Board, or a Certificate recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
