19. Canvassing.
- No recommendation for recruitment either written or oral other than required under the Rules, shall be taken into considerations. Any attempt on the part of a candidate to enlist support directly or indirectly for his/her candidature by any means may disqualify him/her for recruitment.Part-IV Procedure for Direct Recruitment
