2 21-02-2012Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :-
(i) For quashing the office order no. 27932-42 dated 09.11.2011, issued under the signature of Deputy Inspector General, B.S.F. Kharkan, in the State of Punjab (respondent no.7), by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service.
(ii) Also to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner against the post of constable S.T.C. , B.S.F. forthwith.
(iii) Also to grant other reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law.Patna High Court CWJC No.3439 of 2012 (2)-dt.21-02-2012

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to move the appellate authority as provided under the relevant law.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
