(2)(a)A Board shall meet on such date, at such time and place and after giving such notice and shall observe such rules or procedure in regard to the transaction of its business at its meeting as may be determined by such Board.(b)On the written requisition of at least one-third of Managers of the Board at the initiative of the President, special meeting of the Board may be held after serving clear three days' written notice to each Manager, stating therein the date, place, time and purpose of the meeting.
